Ordering/Shipping:

After you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not get a confirmation within 24 hours, please email us to make sure the order was received.

In stock items are shipped within 7 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email with expected shipping date.

If you need to change or cancel an order, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We WILL NOT accept ANY credit card orders from Nigeria. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please allow additional shipping time for your item(s) to arrive. Occasionally items get held up in customs. We are not responsible for items that are caught up in customs.

Returns/Exchanges:

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of shipping. Just send your item(s) back to us, in its original saleable condition with all tags attached (items that have been washed can not be returned/exchanged), and we will refund or exchange your purchase, less shipping charges. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a refund or exchange of items based on item condition.

Be sure to package your return properly. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. To be safe, you should insure the item you are returning/exchanging.
